If you are an MSP and have questions about material found in the Managed Services Institute (or just have questions about managed services in general), there are a couple of ways that you can go about getting answers.
1) You can post a message here in the forum. This is great for getting world wide feedback from the other members.
2) You can send a private message through the website to a particular member. This can be accomplished by clicking on the Search Members link
3) You can contact the MSPAlliance directly and we can put you in touch with the appropriate people.
