Password management
Does anyone have a good solution for storing all of our customers’ various passwords and giving access to these passwords to engineers? I don’t want every engineer to have the administrator password for every single customer. My ideal solution is a web-based product.

We can help you with this. We have a Hosted Strong Authentication (HSA) service that would provide your engineers with a list of passwords for each device or customer. Basically, they can log in with their Token and retrieve the information that you place there for them. You can allow them to update info if you like and it is "role based" so each engineer could only see the accounts they need to see. It is web based and strongly authenticated. You can offer the service to your customers to lock down OWA and VPN also. High value, low cost.

Using Share Point to setup a web page for each client is a good way. You can store all client info on a page or set of pages including IPs, warranty info, important documents, passwords. It is easy to allow/disallow access to any part of the web page for any client so you can provide access to certain documents or even passwords to certain people and not others.
Once you design the layout that you want to accomodate all different types of data you want on the page you can very easly create the exact page for another client.
This is quick, easy and allows consistency and total control.
In the coming months this will be available to you in a fully hosted model.
