LabTech vs Kaseya vs All
We’re getting a demo from LabTech Monday and I was curious what other MSPs out there are using it? We currently use Kaseya, which seems to have been fine. However, it would seem at first appearence that LabTech offers more features for less cost.

Hi Chad: Although we haven’t been pitched by them yet, we’re on their email list, and I’m curious about their offering. I’d appreciate anything you’d care to post here regarding your experiences, opinion, etc….

Hi Chad and Jim, I used
We’ve been using Labtech Software for some time now and feel they are definitely a "Diamond in the Rough" in that their interface is still being polished, but their product is great.
We’re thinking about switching as well. Just been with Kaseya for about two years and I love their 6.1 with Kaspersky.

Labtech, Kaseya and all RMM tools are missing remote monitoring of the paths inbetween the devices. PathView Cloud adds valuesto these tools by giving full visibility into the LAN WAN or 3rd party network. They dont look at devices but if an application isnt working, you can see if it is the network or the application itself.

Kaseya has recently partnered with PathView Cloud technology to integrate value of both tools – PathView offers a cloud-based performance monitoring service. PathView can be deployed in minutes and integrated as a new managed service. Check out video at http://www.appneta.com/about-appneta.
