Some of the customer and marketing analytics functionality that I am searching for is the following:
- Ability to import marketing list with client or customer info, SIC code, SIC code description, employee size and
The two products I would consider researching are SalesForce.com and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Both systems have the features you listed above. Both are offered as hosted solutions, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM can also be on-premise.
