Charles Weaver

Charles Weaver is the co-founder and president of the MSPAlliance. In addition to running the daily operational activities of the MSPAlliance, Mr. Weaver writes and speaks extensively around the world on the managed services industry.

Prior to starting the MSPAlliance Mr. Weaver was an editor for a internet news organization with a daily readership of over 140,000. Subsequently, he led the startup of a software company focused on the legal sector. Mr. Weaver has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Arizona State University and a Juris Doctorate from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law.

Celia Weaver

Celia Weaver is the co-founder and vice president of the MSPAlliance. Mrs. Weaver is tasked with the global expansion of the MSPAlliance and has enabled the MSPA to become the international organization that it is today.

Prior to the MSPA, Mrs. Weaver worked extensively in the health care industry in Med-Legal, HIPAA and JCAHO (Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health-care Organizations) compliance and Disease Management for UC Davis Medical Center.

Mrs. Weaver completed a Professional Sequence in Health Care Administration and Disease Management at the University of California, Davis, as well as a Professional Sequence in International Business and Finance at the University of California, Berkeley.
