The MSPAlliance Provider Directory is a listing of MSPAlliance Members that have successfully completed either the Unified Certification Standard (UCS) audit and are now a UCS Certified Managed Service Provider or Cloud Provider; or have gone through our Vendor Accreditation Program and are now an MSPAlliance Accredited Vendor. Achieving Certification is not easy, we set the bar high and this is reflected in our directory.
Our certification program is the only benchmark-based program, measuring specific criteria, such as financial status, business practices, client references, service delivery processes and more. Our accreditation and certification process is a very comprehensive exam that tracks and measures a company’s professional and business capacity to serve its clients. Our certifications and audits are recognized throughout the world as the de facto standard of best practices for the managed services and cloud profession.
Accredited AND Certified Members are managed service providers, cloud providers, and other solution providers (including data centers, hosting providers, etc.) who have gone through our Unified Certification Standard (UCS) Audit. The UCS is a rigorous corporate audit that is certified by a 3rd party public CPA firm with a public facing report. The UCS is akin to a SAS70 (now SSAE 16) audit and should not be confused with lesser so called “accreditations” and “certifications” that simply ask for self reported and unverified information. Again, this is an actual certified audit, one that must be renewed every year.
Accredited Vendors are technology enabling companies who provide hardware, software, and other solutions to the MSP channel and who have gone through the Vendor Accreditation Program (VAP).
