Managed Services Accreditation Program for Master MSPs

The MSAP is the first certification for MSPs designed by MSPs. By combining technical, financial, business, and ethical criteria, the MSAP is an excellent foundational model upon which to build a managed services business. The MSAP evaluates both technical and business capabilities of the MSP in order to create an overall picture of the MSPs’ abilities to deliver efficient and profitable managed services to its customers.

The Master MSP accreditation takes the MSAP concept to the next level by certifying Network Operation Center’s used by other MSPs. Because of the rapid growth within the managed services industry and the increasing use of NOC’s that do not belong to the MSP, this accreditation standard is a critical component for maintaining the integrity and credibility of the managed services profession.

The many thousands of companies entering the managed services profession are under tremendous pressure to select partners with NOCs that are not only secure but also designed for use by multiple MSP companies.
